Custom Elements to Elevate Your Kitchen

Take your IKEA kitchen to the next level with our range of custom elements, designed to add style, functionality, and a truly bespoke feel.

Ürtil Modular Shelving

Our flexible, stackable, modular shelving system - with doors to hide the contents or open to show them off.

Made from the same premium-grade plywood as our fronts and tailor-made to your exact dimensions. The cabinets can sit alone or be joined and stacked to create your ideal storage configuration.

They’re perfect as wall or base units with added shelves, seamlessly filling odd-sized gaps, sitting above a fridge freezer, serving as a wine rack, or integrating into a kitchen island.

Visit our Ürtil Modular Shelving page for more information.

Plywood Spacer Panels

Spacer panels fit between IKEA cabinets to reveal the exposed plywood edge between each front, creating the look of a bespoke plywood cabinet.

Each panel is manufactured using an 18mm birch ply core, faced with a natural veneer of birch, maple, white oak or walnut.

Visit our Spacer Panel page for more information.

Internal Drawers

If your IKEA design includes internal drawers, we offer Plykea fronts as an upgrade to replace the standard IKEA Utrusta fronts, further elevating your space. Match to the laminate or wood veneer of your kitchen, or choose a contrasting finish.

Custom-sized Fronts

Need a custom-sized door or cover panel? No problem. Each piece is made to order in our San Francisco workshop, allowing us to accommodate most requests with ease.

Available alongside standard orders, our custom fronts can extend above the units to ceiling height or fit modified IKEA units, helping you create a bespoke kitchen design.

Colors and Finishes

We believe your kitchen should reflect your unique style, not a color palette chosen for you. That’s why we offer a wide selection of premium natural wood veneers and laminates, with over 100 colors and finishes to choose from.

Select from four natural wood veneers, the serene tones of Fenix NTM, or the bold hues of Formica brights—or mix and match to create a kitchen that’s truly one of a kind.
